Games like this will continue to fool the DFBIA into thinking their team is actually good. And Wisconsin this weekend will continue that trend. But if Underwood is still throwing for 100yds IDK how they can feel confident, USC(especially going to LA) and Washington will be very interesting litmus tests for their team. Especially for the offense, which yet again HAS to rely solely on Haynes being Superman to even be competitive.
That's some <pause> interesting stunting by that Nebraska DLine.I’m allowing for a turnover or really conservative play calling with a freshman QB on the road.I just don't see how they hold this offense to 24 points. These reciever, tight ends, and now Bo Jackson... it's just overwhelming.
Agree defense wins championships, especially in the bigten when the weather goes to shit. Its supposed to be 65-70degrees with 3-6mph wind. So basically perfect weather. I just feel a total beatdown in my bones
I didn’t notice it from home but according to the expert analyst he went up and caught it with his hands. That’s more like it, Marv!
I noticed him making Hartline proud on running plays - just limping off the line and making sure he wouldn't get in the way of the cornerback covering him.Watching the game tonight and Marv looks awful. Murray also looks pretty bad. Constantly throwing the ball into bad situations. On one Marv bobbled a ball leading to an interception, but it was thrown into triple coverage. Bad decision by Murray and bad hands by Marv. On plays to other receivers or TEs he is throwing into double or triple coverage consistently. The Seattle defense looks like it’s playing games with Murray. On another play marv ran a different play than Murray leading to an incompletion. At this point Murray isn’t even looking at him. Frankly no one of that team is getting open consistently except occasionally they scheme it up well for a TE. The entire offense just looks like a mess and Marv isn’t helping.
Every time he quotes the great Stoic, Biggus Dickus.Hey coach, how often do you think of the Roman Empire?
I’ll bite.. Texas ran gap scheme and Washington runs almost exclusively zone running. Not great for them because zone isn’t great vs teams that can run and are disciplined. Our run defense isn’t great statistically.
Our first road game of the year.
Our QB’s first collegiate road game.
That said, Bucks by 17.
