Hooters goes tits up...

Sadly, I don't know if PE sees their actions as destruction because they still make money, which is their goal.

A few years back my eye doctor sold his practice to PE. I ordered some contacts for one of my kids. Their price was about 300% higher than what it was right before the sale. I just looked at the office manager and she suddenly told me they will meet any other advertised price and she found a price just like the one I had paid a few months prior from WalMart. This was a couple of years ago. I haven't ordered contacts from them since.
It's evident to me that PE makes money regardless of the outcome.

2025 scUM Shenanigans, Arguments, etc.

What argument does Michigan have? They pretty much admit they did it, but just claim "everyone does it" and "its not really cheating"

Big shocker that defense didn't fly, even with the weak ass NCAA.
Sounds like they genuinely think they can argue that, since Stallions had friends and relatives filming for him and not him personally, that's all fine.

C Aaron Bradshaw (transfer to Memphis)

I don't know what he was getting, but I would hope that was not the case. Maybe they were overpaying for him because there were limited options last year. I don't know, but his performance just for this past season did not merit more than $1M in NIL for sure, and if they were giving him that kind of money every year, they definitely need to be re-allocating that. It makes sense to let Bradshaw go if you're adding someone else, so we really need that "someone else" to enter the picture.
I heard that he got north of a mill and Meechie got north of Bradshaw.
If true, we should have some funds to spread to returners and go for a big.

ttun recruiting (all classes)

Michigan Wolverines and Sherrone Moore closing in on landing elite running back recruit, keeping him away from key rivals

Javian Osborne, Elite Four Star RB Recruit

We've been following top tier four star running back recruit Javian Osborne and the battle for his commitment here at A to Z Sports for quite some time. For a long time Osborne looked like he was a lock for Texas. Then there was momentum with Oklahoma and Texas A&M. Back to Texas. Then Michigan and Notre Dame began to surge after some positional staffing changes for the Longhorns.

Now Osborne has made it official. His recruiting battle is down to just two teams: Michigan and Notre Dame. He has official visits set with both in June as he finalizes his decision. Can Michigan actually seal the deal?

Just sayin': I find it hard to believe that scUM and ND are outbidding Texas, aTm, and Okie in NIL money here; especially for a Texas HS recruit.

2026 CA WR Chris Henry Jr. Is a Buckeye!!!

Login to view embedded media I honestly don't know what to believe today...
Is that good?
Just sayin': Not for Lanning and the Ducks.....

Ryan Day scores another massive win over Oregon’s Dan Lanning that will have Ohio State Buckeyes fans feeling at ease

Despite teams like Oregon and USC making big pushes for the top-flight receiver at Mater Dei High School, Henry Jr. has decided to officially shut down his recruitment. There was some worry with Henry flipping his commitment to Oregon eventually but that is now over, as his recruitment is shut down.

After numerous visits to USC and Oregon, those schools won’t be landing the five-star wideout and that is a big win for the Buckeyes to keep him away from the other Big Ten programs. According to 247 Sports Composite, Henry is the No. 2 wide receiver and No. 9 player in the class of 2026. He has been committed to Ohio State since the summer of 2023.

Henry having shut his recruitment down can now put the staff at ease and it comes as another big win for Brian Hartline. No one in the country recruits and develops the wide receiver position like Ohio State’s new offensive coordinator and that was the difference in this one.

"The scale is exaggerated." This is a tell.
The center of their defense appears to remain that only games filmed by UM employees actually violate the advance scouting rule.
The NCAA has the spreadsheet. They know how many games were filmed. They know who shot what. They know which coaches accessed these materials.
The NCAA also knows - through the testimony of multiple involved parties - that it was Connor on the CMU sideline.
But yes, please, tell us how the scale of their operation is "exaggerated."

Just sayin: A scUM employee (Conner Stalions) buys the ticket and sends a relative/friend to film the game for him and that doesn't count as a NCAA violation......
Ono will let the school burn before jeopardizing he relationship with team 144 or tdfbia. He is not a well man emotionally.

Kirks appeared in three games during his freshman season at Ohio State, earning two snaps against Akron, three snaps against Marshall and two snaps against Purdue. Entering 2025, he is battling C.J. Hicks and Idaho State transfer Logan George for a spot in the two-deep behind Kenyatta Jackson Jr. and Caden Curry. Kirks is also competing with third-year Joshua Mickens and first-year Zion Grady for those spots.

Miami (FL) Hurricanes (1926-2003)

14 positive tests (9 athletes and 5 coaches/staff) in the entire ad and they pompously refused to break it down by sport. 100% they ran away from a beating.

iirc, in the same athletic department at least one other team (men's hockey? ) got flat ass busted for gaming the COVID rules as a schedule ducker system.
