Should semipro/college players be paid, or allowed to sell their stuff? (NIL and Revenue Sharing)

If by this you mean the House Settlement, then on this one issue we will have to agree to disagree. Contrary to conventional wisdom, not all limitations on compensation are adjudicated to be in violation of the antitrust statutes. To determine if they are courts use what they call the Rule of Reason to determine their legality. That rule and a few other legal precedence make me believe that the house settlement has slightly more then a punchers chance of approval in the Supreme Court. I know that sounds like a lawyer (maybe it will and maybe it won't), but it is why the CSC is rolling the dice to see if it will.

An in-depth discussion on the legal aspects of the House Settlement is too complex for a message board. (nobody wants to read 10 page post.)
If you or anyone wants a more complete understanding, I'm going to drop a link to what I felt was the most informative and concise explanation I found in my deep dive. If you really wanna get in the weeds, you can go there.

That surprises me but I trust your judgement (and there is no way in hell I am reading that)

Tony "Benedict" Alford (meh)

They’re desperate. Portnoy and now him trying to get back in Day’s head … but it’s too late. He’s past that now. And he’ll will be unleashed.
Let's hope that Day will finally unleash hell, but he has something to overcome himself there.

As to Portnoy, he is a self serving putz/troll. His schtick has always been trolling, and on a B1G
sideline he would be 75% Barstool, 24% Scum to push his brand, and 1% legit pundit.

Fox wanted their answer to Mcafee and they got a worse version of that.

2025 tOSU Defense Discussion

Ryan Day Expects Rotation at Defensive Tackle As Confidence in Buckeyes' Depth Has Grown

157496_h.jpg

On Tuesday, Ryan Day spoke more confidently about Ohio State's defensive tackle situation than at any other point in the lead-up to the 2025 season.

The Buckeyes' DT depth has long been an emphasis for Day, a position group that got worked as hard as any other for the team during summer workouts. Kayden McDonald and Eddrick Houston have long been projected starters for Ohio State, but the biggest concern has been its depth pieces.

But Day expressed a newfound confidence heading into the Buckeyes' top-three showdown with No. 1 Texas, listing redshirt sophomore Will Smith Jr., redshirt senior Tywone Malone Jr. and freshman Jarquez Carter as defensive tackle options behind McDonald and Houston. He expects a rotation at the position.

"We're going to roll those guys pretty good," Day said. "I feel like we've developed some depth there. And I feel like we're going to feel good about putting different guys in the game. Between Eddrick and K-Mac and Will, Tywone Malone, even Jarquez, you're going to see guys kind of mix in and out of there."
