They won't be able to get any "currently employed" big name head coaches; however, they could probably get some "up and coming" lower tier conference head coach for a lot less than they were paying Harbaugh.

Just sayin': I don't know; but depending on how hard they are hit by the NCAA, the new President along with the Board of Regents may want to just "clean house". scUM is a marque school and I'm sure that they could get somebody with a 5 or 6 year contract and the understanding that recruiting will probably suffer through the penalty years.
