I don't understand how at Ohio State we can't find a qualified special teams coordinator and recruit at least average or slightly above average kickers/punters. It's maddening.

But we know they DO practice it, so that's kinda not the issue.
At some point the kids gotta perform.
Urban liked playing starters on special teams. Maybe that trend needs to come back.
