2025 Cotton Bowl: #2 tOSU vs #10 Miami-FL, Wed 12/31 7:30 ET at JerryWorld

Offense has been sleep walking since UM. These are the games that make me question Day and the teams prep. He is an offensive coach. This should be his expertise showing in getting the team ready for this game. We should be ready for the pressure and have plays ready to beat it and keep a Julian clean.
IMHO Day purposely didn't show much in the Indy game. Secondly, I believe the O is very rusty, and, so was the D.

I can't imagine Day didn't consider getting mouth punched like this. The last drive showed he may have an answer for this situation and it seemed to be effective. I wish we would have tried for a TD the last play of the drive knowing what we have in our kicking game.

If we win this I'm going to be mind blown.

Despite having the ball for nearly 9 minutes more, Cryami only has 10 more yards on offense.

Ohio State MUST score on this first drive.
Showed some life before the half but almost sure it won’t be enough.

QB is regressing badly/getting exposed.

We have no kicker.

Something is just off.
The back breaker was the pick 6…. If we just didn’t hurt ourselves this is anyone’s game.

Despite a thorough ass beating we are still within range which is wild. For their sake it reminds me of 2019 Clemson where Clemson had no business being in the game. All it’ll take is one score and it’s game on.

Can we get it though? I’m not sure

Other than that? That's my whole point. It's like 06 Florida with a mediocre QB picking us apart on soft coverage
I totally agree with you but he’s adjusted hence the not 2006 score lol.

We still have a shot but I don’t have any hope. To win we need to forget field goals, we need to throw the ball, and we need to run hurry up.

They really weren’t. The myth of always having a great kicker under Tressel is revisionist history. Nugent was good. The others were all mediocre.

Punting was excellent and Ginn was obviously a game-changer.

Yeah I think it’s more people seeing NFL kicking at an all time high with a handful of college kickers hitting some bombs. Has convinced people that they’re much worse than they used to be.

Fair enough, santonio was quite the return man as well.

I think someone mentioned it earlier, he basically has a blindspot in the middle of the field beyond the first level. That and I think Inniss owes him money or something.
Yep if it's not the 1st read deep post he doesn't throw it.
