No, not after the last accident. I‘ve turned from cycling to baseball card collecting. And, my collection is world class (of course). No more cycling?
I collected cards (Topps)from about 1974-1981. After my mother left and we moved into the shit cabin in the mountains my father decided one day that I didn't need them and dumped them. He kept his girly mag collection though. No, not after the last accident. I‘ve turned from cycling to baseball card collecting. And, my collection is world class (of course).
There are only about 35-ish Gem Mint 10’s out of 75,000 total 1980 Topps Henderson’s graded amongst the 3 major grading companies.I most likely had that card.
Not as extensively but yes, I did have some football cards. Whenever I had 25 cents burning a hole in my pocket back in the day it usually went for baseball or football cards. My foolish friends would blow it on Pac Man, Space Invaders, Astroids or Donkey Kong. Cards were an investment but alas, in the blink of an eye they were all gone forever. It crushed me and I just gave it up.
The reason they are worth so much is because 99.99999% of kids put them in their bike spokes. Not as extensively but yes, I did have some football cards.
