For those of you in your early 40s and younger, there was a time when UCLA was a tough and formidable program. They cost OSU a NC in the mid ‘70s. They came into Columbus in 1980 and beat us. They hung tough through the mid ‘80s. Then suddenly they were just not very good and I can’t understand why.
I think the issue is Scum fans saw what they wanted to see last week, but in the end Underwood is a freshman and showed it. The money spent on Underwood probably pushed him into being used too early.
8 of their 9 conference games are literally against the bottom 8 teams in the big ten standings last year. Maybe swap USC for Rutgers is the only thing that could make their schedule easier (they were both 4-5 last year).

Why do people think Michigan is a slam dunk to just run over a weaker B1G schedule? They are no better than they were last year from how they've looked so far. They'll probably lose another 2 maybe 3 games before they play us.

He reminds me of Vince Young in the way that he plays the game mentally and treats the defense. It seems to him like the play called is a suggestion, but if he find something he wants to do more, he’ll do that instead…
