Thread of What You've Eaten, Cooked and/or Drunk Lately

Looks great Dub....serve it to me with a shovel, not a fork. Also opine that it took five times as long to create as to consume. All the best dishes do. The more onions and garlic, the better......IMHO.
This is pretty typical of the brunch I eat on my days off. It's usually my only meal of the day and it goes heavy on the protein, good fats and some potato, onion and chile for good measure. Then I add about 4 eggs. The other protein is either bacon, sausage or chorizo . Not as fancy as some of these recent fine dinning dishes but I'm going for nutrition and efficiency. If you eat the right foods you actually end up eating less

2025 scUM Shenanigans, Arguments, etc.

If they figured out they could access opponents practice footage or whatever, there's no way they only looked at a couple teams. The decision is whether to cheat or not. Once they crossed that line, there isn't a soul on earth that could convince me they didn't cheat with an enthusiasm unknown to mankind.

Stinar said this "isn't the first time that we have seen the University of Michigan fail their alumni and their athletes," pointing to the case of the late Dr. Robert Anderson,

of which, Bo knew about.

Let that not be forgotten either.

Joe Pa knew
Bo knew
Jimmy oversaw some next level cheating and malfeasance

Drip, drip, drip, drip.

The anxiety they must be feeling up there right now is fucking delicious. Death by 1000 papercuts. So, it sounds like a ruling in the advanced scouting investigation should be handed down sometime this summer. That will be on top of the "cheeseburgers, bro" punishment for which they're already on probation and got their former cheating HC banished from CFB. And we still seem to have a whole other scandal to deal with.

Dirtiest. Program. In. America.

It's never good to defend yourself in a suit when there's been somwhat similar situations that you've had to pay a settlement.

"It never would have crossed my mind that I could have been involved, and that's, I think, why there's so much outrage on our end," the woman, a former University of Michigan female athlete, told "Good Morning America."
"I've been a fan of the university my entire life," she said. "To know that I put so much trust and so much faith into that institution, and they have betrayed me in such a significant way -- I mean, it's terrifying."
Parker Stinar, a managing partner with the Chicago-based firm Stinar Gould Grieco & Hensley who filed the lawsuit on behalf of the plaintiffs, said he hopes to find out more about what happened to the alleged victims' information and "to better understand how the university failed these individuals and to hold them accountable."

"We're talking about the University of Michigan, one of the largest, most powerful and respected academic institutions in the world, that allowed this to take place by one of their employees," Stinar told "Good Morning America."

Stinar said this "isn't the first time that we have seen the University of Michigan fail their alumni and their athletes," pointing to the case of the late Dr. Robert Anderson, who served as the school's sports team physician for decades and was accused of molesting or sexually abusing more than 1,000 victims. In 2022, the university reached a $490 million settlement in connection with the allegations.

2027 CA QB Brady Edmunds is a Buckeye!!!

For sure. Look at Hoying & Germaine's numbers. By today's standards, they're very pedestrian, but at the time they were elite. Things definitely shifted to more QB-centric in the early 2010s. You could win NCs in the 1990s/2000s without a dynamic QB:
Colorado, Washington, Alabama, tCun, Tennessee in the 1990s all won with an emphasis on defense and the running game. In the 2000s, tOSU, LSU x2 and Bama in 2009 all won with the same model. By the 2010s, QB play emerged as the dominant piece of the puzzle.

But at the same time, a great QB could have certainly made those early 1990s tOSU teams much, much better. And I think if Cooper had just unleashed Germaine instead of splitting him with Jackson, our 1997 team would have been in the NC hunt instead of just a pretty good 10-3 team.
Heck, look at Troy's numbers. They look laughable for a QB
