QB Kirk Herbstreit (Frosted Quips)

He's at it again, attacking fans who are critical of Will Howard. Now, I disagree with those fans, but Herbstreit is doing this not out of any sincerity or attempt to be a real sports journalist. Rather, it's part of his whole unhinged need to attack Ohio State in any way because he thinks it makes him come off as a non-homer.

Also, still complete radio silence regarding the biggest on-field cheating scandal in ncaa history.

DC Jim Knowles (Official Thread)

So what I'm getting out of this is that LJ has a preference to coach h for a certain type of defensive front, and JK wants to run more odd fronts that heavily involved a 2pt weakside edge for his "base".

Yet somehow there's a conflict here? I'm not quite understanding how LJ would be able to sabotage that unless he struggles to coach foot/hand sync and pass rush technique from a 2pt start?

Week 8 Games Discussion

You didn’t like 2019?

I loved 2019, but was able to actually see that Ed is not anywhere close to the top of the list of reasons 2019 happened.
when 39 of your 40 years in the coaching profession show that you are absolutely NOT head coaching material, it's pretty obvious the 1 is the complete fluke.

but 2019 happened.
know what else happened while Ed was here?

school's first ever loss to a Sunbelt school
the most lopsided loss in series history to Mississippi State
the most lopsided loss in 30+ years to Alabama
the most lopsided loss in series history to Auburn
the only LSU coach since Stovall with multiple losses to Mississippi State
the only LSU coach to be shutout twice by Alabama since the Vietnam war ended
first home loss to Auburn in 20 years
20 year bowl streak ended.
back to back seasons without a winning record for the first time this century
average margin of defeat against Alabama nearly twice as many point as Les (who absolutely needed to go for not keeping us competitive)
complete implosion of the roster

and that's not even counting his multiple off field issues as well

the negatives outweigh the positives at a better than 10:1 clip (start counting off the field embarrassments and it's closer to 20:1)
further evidence that the 1 wasn't his doing.

Colorado Buffaloes (official thread)

Funny thing is that if you go back in this thread a lot of people looked forward to Deion in a P5 job, thought it would be good for college football. Fast forward two years, and those same people are calling it a complete clown show. This has nothing to do with racism and everything to do with people who actually wanted to see him succeed becoming repulsed by the realities of Deion, his program and the people in it.
