Intrinsic is wrong about Harbaugh's penalties:

For Burgergate, Jimbo received a 3-game self-imposed suspension plus a 4-year show cause AND a one-year suspension from the NCAA.

For Sign Stealing, he received a 3-game suspension from the Big Ten plus a 10-year show cause from the NCAA.

So it's three suspensions for 18+ games and two show cause orders for a total of 14 years.
