You had my vote, but … well … I guess I didn’t have a vote.TOTAL BULLSHIT. This guy is inexperienced noob! I Protest!….. Sob
Their board is hilariously (and unsurprisingly) delusional. They think they're capable of a Sweet 16 run and that this little bit of publicity this year has now propelled them into being seen as a potential ACC member. You might be right. Kenpom ranks Miami #93 in the country. I can't recall a team rated that low by Pomeroy actually getting an at-large bid. Generally you need to be in or around the top-50 overall.

They're probably the worst at-large team in tournament history, but they'll get in and get emphatically bounced round one.
That's the way I see it. We're stuck at the 8/9 spot unless we upset the cheaters. Even then, we might need a bit of help to snag the 7.Another Quad 1 Win for the Buckeyes today!! At this point, we need to look more about where OSU will be seeded. My hope is they avoid the 8-9 game, but it's going to be tough. They might have to beat UM to get to a #7 seed.

Massachusetts 87-83 Miami (OH) (Mar 12, 2026) Final Score - ESPN
Game summary of the Massachusetts Minutemen vs. Miami (OH) RedHawks NCAAM game, final score 87-83, from March 12, 2026 on ESPN.www.espn.com
Does little Miami get in after an early exit in the MAC Tournament? I seriously have no idea as I don't follow college basketball. All I know is I read something recently about their rankings were low even though their regular season was undefeated. And the writer speculated they needed to win the MAC Tournament to get in.
Right now Joe Lunardi has Miami (OH) as Last Four In, and Auburn as First Four Out (pending their game vs Tennessee today). Miami does not have a high NET ranking, #54 before today's games, and it should go down from there. I think the fact that we so rarely see mid-majors go undefeated in the regular season gives Miami an advantage in terms of making the field.
Ah, okay. I still haven't seen part of the play, but did see in the replay, he was sitting on the court, right out in plain view, as the ball hit the iron. I mean.. 3 zebras standing there and none of them noticed anything unusual? He didn't get shoved down but it still looked like the Iowa guy pretty much ran right through him to get the ball. Which should still be a foul.
I thought the same when I read these complaints because I didn't see Bruce get shoved down. Royal knocked Mobley down, causing him to lose the handle on the rebound. Then, lucky bounce right to Iowa. Just to the wrong guy for them.
You make a good point. But remember that anyone who has any affiliation with that block-M doesn't make stinky shit. What you and I would think is "negative attention" is just jealous lies to them.Because that institution is pathological about covering things up and avoiding any negative attention. They won't want this thing rehashed in the press and a courtroom.
