Agreed. And, in all seriousness, my wife is a very smart person. I don't mean to imply that she isn't. I don't remember why I brought her into this.
Anyway, the story with the bathroom was that she says that I leave lights on all the time, so when she saw the light on in the bathroom, she assumed that I had just left it on. That bathroom door swells in the summer humidity and cannot be closed all the way (or locked) about 6 months of the year. Therefore, since the light was on, it must have been my fault.
Also, to be fair, you say that women can be hard-headed about changing their minds. I think most of us can be like that. Talk to a Penn State fan about whether Joe Paterno knew about Sandusky. Talk to a TCUN fan about Connor Stalions. Or a Steelers fan about whether Tomlin really wanted to tackle that one guy. Or a Bama fan over whether their team was paying players before NIL became legal. There's a lot of people who have deep beliefs in their religion.

Anyway, back on topic. When Artemis 3 goes to the moon (next year?) will the astronauts be armed so as to defeat any hostile aliens they encounter?

Or will they meet all the David Hasselhoff clones the East Germans were creating? (You heard me correctly.)

From the time that I was a teen until I was 28 all of my relationships were mere glorified hook up. Between being in the service, working remote Alaska and a few other quick gigs I was never in one place long enough to ever have a serious relation. When I finally did get married and realized what I had gotten myself into I almost had a panic attack. It's been a learning experience but I've come to understand that women are wired differently than men and to survive you have to understand this. I've been married nearly 30 years now and have never raised my voice at my wife. I've taken the brow beatings like a man, allowed her to vent, accepted that it was my fault when she stubbed her toe at work and moved on without any real problems.
