QB1 Julian Sayin (All B1G, B1G Frosh of Year, All American, National Frosh of Year, National Champion)

Wonder who is going to win the Manning Award?
It includes the postseason games, so after Heisman finalist CJ Stroud threw for 573 yards and 6 TDs in the Rose Bowl, and Bryce Young threw for 1 TD and 2 picks in the loss to UGA, they gave it to …

Bryce Young.

So yeah, don’t hold your breath for that award.

PF Lee Aaliya (Official Thread)

Not to be confused with 'the Big O' (Oscar Robertson). He who AVERAGED a double double for an entire season. Or was it a triple double? Don't remember, but have always had Oscar as one of top 5 best ever. Doubt that many of BPers even know who he is. UC guy.
He averaged a triple double for a full season.

Recently retired Russell Westbrook matched that accomplishment a few years ago, as has Nikola Jokic more recently.

Colorado Buffaloes (official thread)

It's OK though because the Prime Bros told me they're getting talked about on ESPN for a couple years because of the clown show that they are, so it's totally worth it.
Hiring prime is the CFB equivalent of paying a hooker from an East Palestine Trailer Park $140 for a good time.

Might be fun for a brief moment, but you’ll live with regret, and likely much more, for the rest of your life.

Is it totally worth it?

Colorado Buffaloes (official thread)

Just sayin': Not a real tough schedule by B1G and SEC standards; however, Colorado may be one of the few Power 4 teams that actually plays 2 other Power 4 teams (on the road) for their out of conference games.

Biggest games for the Buffaloes

At Georgia Tech (Sept. 3), vs. Texas Tech (Oct. 3), vs. Utah (Oct. 17).

1-11 is not out of the question. They will beat Weber State who is a pretty awful FCS team. Baylor, Cincinnati, Okie State & UCF are probably the conference games where they might be able to eek out a W, but they likely aren't winning all 4 of those. Anything better than 4-8 would be an "accomplishment"

Northwestern Wildcats (Official Thread)

I know I can just google this or ask AI, but I'd rather, out of principle, try to interact with real people (even if it is just BKB under one of his numerous alias accounts), but is NW going to play in their new stadium this season?

i believe they are targeting October for the 1st game at the new stadium. vs Penn St i think.....
