Ohio State Wrestling (2015/2017/2018 B1G Champs, 2015 National Champs, 2019 National Runners-up)

Bouzakis, Davino, Mendez, Stiles, Kharchla, Geog, and Feldman still alive in the championship bracket. Kharchla looked like he tweaked his knee, but avenged his loss earlier this year against Mantanona with a nice win in SV. Bouzakis looked great with a TF, as did Mendez with the fall. Davino is on a collision course with Marcus Blaze as Lucas Byrd went down in the 2nd round.

Shaking the rust off by wrestling PJ Duke in th 2nd round did not do Cannon any favors 20-7. It wasn’t close. Paddy lost 10-2 to Mesenbrink, and Fishback lost a close one in SV to Allred 4-1.

Great stuff so far. Hopefully we can keep the momentum.
Kharchla definitely tweaked the knee imo, hopefully it's not too bad...didn't seem to bother him terribly bad by the end. Cannon on the other hand looked about 50% at best, I'm concerned on his health making it through the weekend and at NCAA's. Fishback was so close on several shots, he can definitely win a rematch against Allred. Feldman looks pretty damn sharp right now.

Overall we are wrestling really well so far, hope we can finish it off the right way with a 2nd place finish heading into the Tourney.

I don’t know much about wrestling, but Cannon just looked like he didn’t have any gas in the tank and that both he and Duke knew it. I really enjoyed Kharchla’s win, especially since with a crappy review it could have been stolen right at the end of regulation.
