At this point everything feels deliberate to run as few plays as possible to leave stuff in the arsenal in the playoffs.2005 was much more balanced imo.
2005 was much more balanced imo.This offense looks and feels very 2005-2006 in the best possible ways.
Deliberate/Patient.
Methodical.
Efficient.
Explosive.
Versatile.
It's really great getting away from the "anxiety ball" that has been the no-huddle the last 10+ years and the penchant to almost never leave 11 personnel. To see my QB in a huddle spitting out plays... I feel like we're coming back around full circle and blending the concepts that make the finest mix of what I grew up playing and watching, while integrating modern passing concepts and formations.
Credit to Hartline. He really has created something that is the best of both worlds that makes a 21-3 lead actually *feel* like a 21-3 lead used to.
