2026 tOSU Offense Discussion

Ok so the goal posts have been moved from tempo to timing of snap count and predictable play calling.

In other words you think it’s more likely that the difference between 24 results and 25 is Day as a play caller and not the QB, OL and RB personnel differences.

that actually makes sense to you?
I feel like what Bill Landis said in their post game is exactly what I’ve been trying to say. The predictability of the pace of play hurt our offense. Going slow is fine but we went slow almost exclusively and that helped the opposing defense be efficient. Using the entire play clock gave the defense time to set up and add in that their defense had our silent count figured out to where the Miami defenders could beat our tackles out of their stance.

He even mentioned something about talking about pace of play with Day and he agreed that we can’t be predictable with it. I wish I could pull his full quote but it was a 90 minute episode and I can’t remember where it was.

2026 scUM Shenanigans, Arguments, Arrogant Twatwaffles, Emasculated Cucks, Feckless Marmots, Dirty Cheaters "Mid"chigan

They keep thinking they are going to get some impact WR but why would any WR want to go play there if Marsh is still there?

Utah pretty much used 1 WR last year. Their #2 WR had 15 catches. scUMs #2 had 39 and even their #3 Semaj Morgan had 20. Utahs 2 TEs had about more catches than everyone outside of the #1 WR combined.

The offense is pretty much only friendly to a mobile QB RBs and TEs

QB Lincoln Kienholz (National Champion, transfer to Louisville)

Selfishly glad he went to a place that I can root for instead of another B10 school.

Just sayin': Yeah, it's too bad Louisville doesn't have Notre Dame, Miami, or Clemson on their 2026 schedule. If they did I'd really be a fan.

Also, it's just in time for him to enroll in their "Spring Semester" (i.e. 7 Jan 26). Anyway, I wish him the best of luck and hope he got a nice NIL deal there too.

Chaz Coleman (DE Penn St., transfer to Tennessee)

Funny how we hear things and believe the hype. Just a small bit of information goes a long way i guess lol.

Would be nice to have Coleman but not for something nutty like 2-3 mil a year.

At least with Koi Perich he produced like an all big ten player so I can understand money for a player like that.
Yeah, thats why once I saw LSU and Tenn pursuing him, I stopped even posting. Let them pay a few mil for a question mark. I dont blame the kid, but I wouldn't pursue further if Im OSU coaches. I'd pursue the Miami(OH) kid over him tbh
