LB Alex “Sonny” Styles, Block 'O' (All B1G, All American, National Champion)

Sonny literally has a 0% missed tackles rate this year!

Just sayin': As graded by Pro Football Focus (PFF) Sonny Styles has the best tackling grade in the nation (92.2). His 58 tackles without a miss are the most of any player this season.

QB Lincoln Kienholz (National Champion, transfer to Louisville)

I have said it before, UCF is the best place for him. Scott Frost offense is built for his skill set. UCF can pay him well, lots of money around Orlando.
I'm guessing he might have just found a landing spot.

Just sayin': You guessing that it might be USF, not UCF.

2025 College Football Playoffs Discussion (12 Team Format)

This all gets solved in the next couple of years when they expand the field and probably make some kind of super league where you have an AFL/NFL merger type of set up and the top ~30 or so teams play each other every week for 9-12 weeks.

They will never reduce this thing. The problems come from trying to be "fair" to the Mountain West and like conferences. Just exclude them from the big boy table and let the them have their own CFP. See how many people tune in for that.

2025 College Football Playoffs Discussion (12 Team Format)

I think one problem with the conference championships is that conferences have gotten too big to pick the champion without a conference playoff. Schedules don't allow teams to play enough games within the conference to figure out who the two best teams in the conference are on the field.
yeah, they took a problem of one division that might not be a strong as the other and turned it into a problem of everyone doesn't play everyone. At least with the divisions, the division winners earned their spot. We need to go back to divisions with these huge conferences.

2026 tOSU Recruiting Discussion

A
Idk if honestly the recruiting rankings are all that important anymore. I mean they are, but the focus should be on filling roster holes and creating solid depth. With the Portal, many HS misses can be covered up. Would missing on say Guilford and CHjr hurt next year if OSU is able to land say Cam Coleman and/or Nick Marsh. Rosters can essentially only be thought out 1 year at a time with the Portal, so assuming that budding true frosh will stay at the same school is wishful thinking. A lot goes into keeping rosters in tact. OSU missed on Legend Bey, but would anyone care in a year if they land a comparable talent who's going into his 3rd year?

Yeah, the best method for dealing with twitter is think most of the people on there are trolls or parody accounts. Most are looking for argumentative engagement
Agreed. Blue chip ratio is definitely important. OSU I am sure meets that mark.

With KDW out, they should throw a bag at Henry, hope he comes to love the culture, and not really worry about Guilford.
