Nailed it. I think he’s a fine guy but I’m mixed on how he’s received by players at times. And in fairness to the guy, a team of 45 has 12.6 ‘ships fully funded so everyone is a walk-on more or less. If I wasn’t getting money I’d be asking if it was worth the effort, especially in light of the fact that I can still play high level lacrosse year round with the club team and have a LOT more fun along the way.

You conveniently ignored the part that they had guys who were heavier than the 225# I cited, and clearly I emphasize all the time weight is important. They did not look undersized weight-wise, and obviously they had very good length & athleticism to compensate for being slightly undersized height-wise. As far as NIL, like I said before, there was no social media post, so that was a tell.

On one hand I agree with you.
But on the other, I didn't go to Ohio State. I grew up there and went to probably 50 games before I graduated high school. But I hope I'm just as much of an obnoxious asshole for Ohio State as these clowns are for the cheaters.

The biggest thing to me is some MAC opponent tune up game to open and then play this game would have been a better idea. As you said, an extended schedule and tough schedule could make this a questionable decision. Saving grace is both teams lose a lot of experience and we're at home.

But enough of that shit, it's scheduled and it's going to be an electric opener in the Shoe. Let's whoop some Longhorn ass.
