The Walking Dead (Official Thread)

Also, the "you taste better than we thought you would" line is DIRECTLY from the comics. In the comic though it isnt Bob getting eaten so I dont think it was supposed to mean anything really. In the comic i wondered if they had meant because Dale was old.

Or....could they know he was infected, and that's what they meant? Maybe they know he's "tainted" but didn't care and/or knew they wouldn't get sick?

Wow, that was brutal as shit. The Hunters are basically dead, but not all he way? Are some left that will eat others? To fuck if I know but if the cannibals are gone, -so am I. I think there is someone still out there from that group...you don't show Judith in a close-up that many times if she does not have an awful fate soon. Maybe it is later than sooner but it is coming.

Fuck, idk...Rick has lost his mind though and I love it. Not in a bad way though, in a "stay behind him because he will keep us alive way." You can tell in the last scene everyone fears Rick more than they trust him, but why?

I think that is a progression that was built up but they tried to climax it at the wrong time...maybe if Rick prematurely kills the priest and his gathering, sure. But killing the people trying to eat you/have already eaten you? If you don't do that, you are just stupid. Beat their head in by the trough...

I think somebody in this thread had said one of the writers let it be known that Gareth and the hunters weren't the main antagonists of this season. That took away a little bit from the surprise of killing them off in week 3, but it makes sense and it's better than dragging things out like they've done in the past. This season has been really good so far.

There's also the matter of Morgan out there roaming around. What is his motive?

They could have done so much more with the hunters, but once they fast-tracked their escape from Terminus in the first episode of the season, it was obvious they were going to be gone sooner than later.

I think the main antagonists will be whoever has Beth... and probably Carol.

Wow. That was brutal.

And Gabriel:

"This is the Lord's house...."

I said the same thing, basically. I'm like, "Man they doin all that killin all up in the church?"

It's the apocalypse. Nothing is sacred. A church is just a building now.

Except Gabriel didn't treat it that way either by locking the doors...my retort to that would have been "No...the Lord's house is open to everyone...right?"

"There is an imminent threat - we're out of here!"

Hey, so....that threat is over now.....surely you can stick around for at least another day or two, right?

Nope --- And don't call me Shirley.

Also, given that Maggie just rode off in the short bus, I'm guessing it is Beth with Daryl, not Carol?
