Safari thinks they are a country club and they aren't. Way too much $$$ for the price.

Raccoon International is a fun course, it is just missing a windmill. There are some goofy holes. I mean a 600 yd par 5 that you can hit in two. (if you hit it 250 you end up with about 100 yards extra roll down a hill.

Foxfire has two very good courses.

By York, I assume you mean the country club?

Safari used to be a very private club. I believe it was called the Double D or something like that. My Father-in-Law worked there as a teenager. So while its no longer a private club, the mentality remains. Jungle Jack is there frequently still.

And yes, I'm referring to to York at 270 and 23.

World: Augusta National (Oustide US would be St. Andrews)

Cooks Creek is a pretty nice track. They have had some tough luck with their clubhouses though.

World:No real desire to go out of the country to play golf but if I had to choose one I guess St. Andrews. Would much rather play Augusta or Winged Foot.

Trumps new course (supposed to be awesome)
Beth Page Black (think Carnoustie American Style)
