Perhaps if you stopped spending so much time on baiting "the intruders" you would have noticed him say Script Ohio was better. TWICE.

#6 "Dotting the i," Ohio State:
Those who have been given this honor long remember it. During the Ohio State University marching band's halftime performance, the band members spell out in script letting "Ohio" on the field. It's a tradition dating back to Oct. 10, 1936. Only fourth- and fifth-year band members are eligible to dot the "i," although occasionally a special guest celebrity has been given the honor.

School: Ohio State #1

Tradition: When the Ohio State marching band forms it's traditional "Script Ohio" formation, it is a special honor to be able to "dot the I" once the word has been spelled out.

History:It began in October of 1936, but it wasn't until 1937 when then-band director Eugene Weigel delegated the honor to a sousaphone player that the tradition began to take flight. Now, the honor is reserved for the band's senior-most sousaphone players and also a handful of famous celebrities and alumni.

#1. The Ohio State University Band: The Ramp Entrance and the incomparable ?Script Ohio? performed since 1936 by ?The Best Damn Band in the Land? (TBDBITL).

#1: ?Script Ohio?

I randomly sampled 5 websites (it is what google gave me). Four has ScriptOhio #1 and one has it #6. Nobody has anything about a [censored]ing Nebraska horseshoe.

This would be some BS if OSU gets knocked out by Nebraska, no. 2 seed vs. no. 15. Personally haven't heard of the horseshoe one for Nebraska, but I imagine most college football fans have heard of Script Ohio. I see ND getting knocked out before the final round too. Irish fans don't show up well for polls like this, and theres plenty of anti-ND to go around. I'm predicting FSU to win if OSU gets knocked out.

1.) Ohio State sentiment across the country i low right now for obvious reasons. Notice TSUN is voting for Nebraska as well?

2.) All that this really means is there's more people willing to waste their time voting for one or the other.

I believe this little poll runs through Tuesday, if I read it correctly. Should be a good battle.

I'm just not sure I want to win. Maybe we can petition ESPN to remove our schools from the contest - why should they profit from clicks based on our fan loyalty? Screw them.
