2026 scUM Shenanigans, Arguments, Arrogant Twatwaffles, Emasculated Cucks, Feckless Marmots, Dirty Cheaters "Mid"chigan

Valenti had a segment on your Mt Rushmore of hate. Obviously, Simple Jim immediately jumped to mind, and he was such an overwhelming choice (all the way back to 86) that I actually struggled to think of three more. Best I could do is Doug "Boner Pill" Flutie for stealing Byers' Heisman.

In the end:
Simple Jim
Flutie
Max Verstappen
John Cooper

2026 tOSU Offense Discussion

It’s not just height. It’s grit or something like that. You can be on the shorter side and have it and taller and not. I just don’t think he has it. There’s much that I love about him, but I just don’t think he’s that guy and I’m not sure you can make him that guy.

Certainly, it can go the other way, too. As apostolic as this may be, I don’t think we win the NC if JTB doesn’t get hurt.

Sayin’s a better passer and maybe a better QB than Mendoza was last year, but can you see him make the 4th down play that Mendoza did? No way and I think that’s what you need to win it all. You don’t have to show it all the time, but you have to have it in you.
Right I agree. Sort of why I think you need to force him to run 3-4 times a game. If it’s just the option for Julian on a drop back he’s not going to take that option. He’ll do anything but run which includes throwing it away, forcing it to a covered WR, or worse yet take a sack.

That Mendoza 4th down run was a called run too.

It's time though, to see some actual L's that count go on their dance card.

Iowa can absolutely win. That said, they are also the type of team that will get down into a rock fight with these arrogant asses and lose on some bullshit hail mary to John Kolesar Jr they have this year (forget his name).

I do not have a good feeling about this game. Hope to fuck I'm wrong.

Edit: I yet willing to admit that I’m wrong, but I definitely want to be shown to have been and today was a good start. Cheers, Julian.

Game Thread Illinois at tOSU, Sat. Sept. 26, 12pm ET, FOX

OuR Buckeyes have NOT developed a team chemistry yet, a team cohesiveness.

I want him to find the open receiver and not focus too much on Smith.
Yah , he needs to maintain his composure and make accurate throws. he wasn't doing that before. the others receivers all look very good.

I think Scum can win, but it will be a low score game, and one turnover either way decides it.

Miami (Ohio) Redhawks

Miami University RedHawks - Miami University RedHawks

American Conference not pursuing expansion, but 3 interested

The American Conference said it is not pursuing new members at this time after overtures from three schools about possibly joining the league.

In a statement to ESPN, the American said it is "not proactively seeking additional members. We will continue to evaluate the changing landscape and opportunities that strengthen the conference and support our collective mission."

The statement came after Miami (Ohio), James Madison and UConn had reached out about potentially joining the league, sources told ESPN. The American currently has 14 football-playing members.

Miami (MAC) and James Madison (Sun Belt) play football in different leagues, while UConn is one of two FBS independents in football, the other being Notre Dame. Most of UConn's teams, including men's and women's basketball, compete in the Big East. UConn played football in the American from 2014 to 2019 before going independent for the second time in its history.

"We strive every day for excellence and to best position our student-athletes and university," JMU's athletic department said in a statement. "Our charge is to evaluate every opportunity to make JMU Athletics the best it can be now and moving forward."

The American most recently expanded in 2024 with Army after adding six new members in 2023.

On3 first reported the interest from Miami (Ohio), JMU and UConn, adding that Miami offered the American $30 million to $40 million to join the league.

Report: James Madison, Miami (OH), UConn attempt to join American

The American Conference has several suitors for expansion, if the league chooses to go down that road.

James Madison, Miami (OH), and UConn each contacted the American about potential membership, per On3 Sports' Brett McMurphy. However, the league is not interested in expanding at this time, per McMurphy.

Just sayin': Apparently Fredo was actually looking to leave the MAC.

Week 4 Game Discussion Thread

There just isn't much of a concrete offensive identity right now. They seem like they want it to be one thing one moment and then another the next.
Right. Want to be an explosive offense but then also a hard nosed running team.

you can do both but generally you need to run the ball successfully then hit play action. Right now the running game isn’t cooperating

Week 4 Game Discussion Thread

Hoover at QB just doesn't make me fear Indiana's offense at all. He's not terrible but he doesn't have that factor that Mendoza had. Guy had been a turnover machine his whole career at TCU.It hasn't popped it's ugly head up at Indiana yet but it's coming and hopefully it's against us.
Yeah he’s got a fast throw but everything is a fast throw lol. He lacks touch on the ball and he looked uncomfortable in his first game vs a semi respectable team.

You know when a program and it's fans are frauds, when Indiana fans squeeze by NW, and their fans bitch, and Scum fans storm the field over a (loss) win to a MAC team.

This week on X, so far they are beating Iowa 48 -13 without any sarcasm, and they are going to beat Indiana. I guess because they beat a team that barely beat New Mexico, and the one tuddy came as a result of telling Mateer where to throw the ball.

It's time though, to see some actual L's that count go on their dance card.
