Didn't even call Muirfield, as being as highly rated, entry fee has to be high, and when was in grad school, heard from friends that people were quitting, simply because the course was too hard. At my advanced age, want to have fun, and be a bit competitive (hey, with enough strokes I could be Tiger!). Funny story, we wanted a single story ranch.....then decided a basement might not be so bad. Saw this house, liked it, had daughter and realtor do a walk through, and could honestly 'see' daughter's smile as she described it. So we made an offer, was countered, and we accepted. Oh yeah, has a second story, two BR and full BA. So, bottom line is that we utterly caved. But most of our living will be on the ground floor. Just gotta figure how to get a net/projection set up in basement for those long cold winters....stay tuned.
