Sort of a unique game where our weaknesses matchup somewhat. They lost everyone on their OL and we lost a lot on the DL. We return maybe the best OL in the country and they have a good DL.

I think where the game will turn is our skill compared to theirs. Our secondary is better in my opinion and their secondary has to deal with the best skill position talent in the country.

That said, need to run the ball haha

I remember my first trip back to Anchorage from Shemya. We stopped at Dutch harbor, we approached from the west and had to circle the bay in order to land and that fucking plane was shaking so badly if I hadn't been buckled in I surely would have slammed my head on the ceiling. It was a rough landing but we made it uneventfully to the ground. I swear those flights over the Alaskan Peninsula were some of the most breath taking I've ever flown. Miles and miles of uninhabitable wilderness out the window.

About as close to JK as you can get…. I’m a fan of shorter RBs. Those 5’9 220 pound kids who can get to full speed in 5 years.

Hate that I like this player but that’s why I was bummed when we lost out on Blake Corum years ago. Kids in that size range are just tough to deal with and luckily Peoples fits that mold.

Who gives a shit if the SEC has a rule that seems to parrot the NFL rule.. who gives a shit if they use it for nefarious purposes to enhance the likes of Bama over the cocks... who cares if they use it as an excuse ... if they even do...

Heres what I think. The SEC went short term with the like minded short term thinkers at ESPN. Say what you want about Delaney but ... solid academic institutions, unified for more than athletic purpose alone, along with its vast alumni and consequently, money... leveraged into even more money through the B1G network and expansion plan. (Hint, it wasn't about Maryland or Rutgers. It was about NYC and DC)

Moreover, the SEC s weekness has been its small footprint. Well... it ain't getting much bigger. The B1G goes from NYC to Seattle to Los Angeles. .. Chicago... Minneapolis... Detroit... Pittsburgh.. Philly... Baltimore....

SEC has Dallas and Atlanta.. NoLa.. what else, market wise?
