Look Who's Transferring Now (The Portal)

They’re also a program that desperately doesn’t want to go back to where they were.

Desperation can do crazy things
Cignetti is older than Urban Meyer, I believe. Even if they get the most out of him, it's unlikely that he'll be there for more than 7 years.

Koi Perich (S Minnesota, transfer to Oregon)

Has to be either us or Miami since that’s where his previous DC is.

With Downs going in the first round and how we used him I think it’d be pretty dumb to turn this opportunity down.
I'd take logic out of the Portal lol! Duke could come from the top rope with an offer triple everyone else's

What is your exercise routine?

A) I assume you are many decades younger than me. In my day I did many years in a Chinese martial arts.. hard core stuff and never understood the purpose of Tai Chi.. at least if a person actually intended it to defend oneself... a perfect 'Tai Chi' block will result in getting a fist right into the noggin... if you don't block with the same force and strength as the inbound punch... forgetaboutit.. but if it's yoga mentality... OK.. I guess
B) Yoga can come in handy, especially the older you get
C) If it was convenient, I would tell my sons to look into boxing
Early 60s. I did Taekwondo for a few years in my 20s. With lifting and run/walking, I’m looking for something to help with staying loose and flexible.

I know Yoga would probably be the best bet. My biggest problem with Yoga is I’m a bit uncoordinated and struggle with the poses.

HS Swim Team - any experience?

had several meets recently, but Saturday was a HUGE meet, like 26 schools or something like that, considered a primer meet for the sectionals in a few weeks - kids could wear tech suits, ect. my son has been busting his arse in the 50m trying to break a wall - been shaving .2 to .3 off each week. went into the meet needing .39 off to break his goal - he shaved legs, arms, face the night before, suited up and CRUSHED his time by 1.88 seconds in the 50, also dropped 2.2 on his backstroke and 1.2 in his breast (for the relay)! Super proud of him and his hard work
He’s either been working very hard, or he had a shit-ton of body hair slowing him down!
