I've dabbled with Tai Chi recently, and would actually like to do more of it. Certainly isn't for self defense, but it is good motion and body control stuff, I guess. Meditative. I have also done yoga over the years, but haven't done much more than keep my back stretched as needed for a while now. Which is to say, my routine is still dominated by laziness. lol

Just sayin': According to this site the Blue Jackets are $12,325,353 under the salary cap.

I expected to see a second qb get meaningful pt and either get better or hit the portal. Note: I didn’t suggest putting him in a game still undecided.

I'm disappointed for some fine players I would have loved to see go out with a final victory. That said, beating Michigan is paramount. Winning a natty is a bonus.
