Clemson Tigers (official thread)

I don’t know man. It’s not like Clemson can’t figure the monetary piece out if they just pivoted their philosophy. If you’re the board at Clemson or the AD isn’t that a tough convo opportunity?

Look we want this to work, but there needs to be a shift in the way things are done or we need to look for a better fit if as the sport changes and the on field results continue in this direction.

I mean whatever I don’t care fuck the entire school, its fanbase and everything about them but the sensibility aspect is what’s baffling to me.

it basically took Ohio State a season to realize “shit, we need to fork it out or we are going to become ND”

2027 FL S Angelo Smith is a Buckeye!!!

Welcome to the fam Angelo! What a surprise commitment. Reminds me of a young Lathan Ransom, sits back playing CF and will lay the wood on the ball carrier. He makes the type of hits that change game momentum. And he also has the athleticism to cover WRs. I can imagine the battles he has in the off season with big bro to get better at his craft

Clemson Tigers (official thread)

Yeah, he is handcuffing Clemson big time. Everyone thought OSU was behind on the NIL power curve - Clemson is a long, looong ways away from competitiveness in the money department.

Why do I get the feeling we’re going to be seeing his stupid face in LA next read coaching UCLA?
Clempson isn't gonna fire him. And DeBoer is more likely to be fired before Dabo. You'll see him in Tuscaloosa by 2030.

BP Fantasy Baseball (2008-2025, Current Champion = Ahiacitian)

What do you guys think about breaking OPS apart and having OBP and SLG as categories instead of OPS and BA?

Make those the two "rate" stats and then counting stats are still R, HR, RBI, SB?

Something like that. It's just fucking depressing to see them hit a collective .200 every night.
This seems like a good idea to me. There are only 8 hitters with a BA over .300 on the season. The site I looked up showed the top 50 with the cut off of these hitters at .266! And no Reds hitters that qualify for the hitting title reside in the top 50.

Game Thread #1 tOSU at Washington, Sat. Sept. 27th, 3:30 ET, CBS

Welp, the line is already down to -8.5.

Going through 10 is a big deal. That most likely means they got a lot of sharp action on UW at 10 (or more on some of the really early lines I saw) and need to bring it down though 10 to make it look cheap enough to entice even more public money than normal on OSU.

You never know for sure but dropping down through 10 is worth paying attention to.
