I love cats and it makes me sick and furious beyond words. Skin him alive and dump him in a salt bathVomit. I am not, even motley a cat person, and this is disturbing beyond words.
You can’t ask that of a large majority of the fire Day crowd. I asked it all off season and don’t believe I actually had anyone give me a legit list of coaches that would be an equal or upgrade.
It’s a tough ask
put your foot on the gas and win by 14 points..that covers end of game issues. Don’t play to get to the 4th quarter.
It’s not one 1pt loss…it’s 1-7 and all the losses looking pretty much the same. But whatever

Ok, since your obviously in the fuck Day crowd, who’s worth the risk? With how the landscaped has totally changed winning 10/11 games a year but getting outed early in the playoff is going to be seen as a major disappointment for the upper level teams. You could say it's "insane" to want to fire a guy who wins 10/11 a year, but at some point you have to take the risk if you want to win the grand prize some day.
Everyone agrees about that. The point was we'll likely get another shot at Oregon and can win it (even without Simmons) and could've won a rematch against uga."Not getting it done" has been a theme in big games like this under Day, that's the problem
I'm with you on not wanting to temp fate but, do you really think a 10-2 OSU team is going to be left out of the CFP ? That second loss would have to be a blow out by someone we have no business losing to. Keep it close in Happy Valley and we will be in. Given that I'll be at the PSU game this year Coach Day better have the troops better prepared than this past weekend.

I’d like to know whose call that would be …I’m assuming Knowles but it could be Walton. Is there a ton of CB talent on this team ? I thought so also until this past weekend. If there is a ton why did Day / Walton keep a guy who was so off his game it cost us the game. Does Matthews suck ? Would he have done any worse (If that was actually possible) ?

But there has to be something to that, if the coaches chose to keep Burke in. Unless they thought that the moment was too big to sub Matthews or CSH in.
As good as Offord is, it'll be interesting to see if he can start at a place like OSU from Day 1. There's still a ton of talent at CB on this team.
Only needs to got 2-1 to match Tressel.I heard it was 1-7, and that's exactly what it is.

If they got to Indy without losing again and lost there I'd say we are surely in. a 2nd regular season loss is going to leave you sweating depending on other results throughout the year.
