Last year's first Oregon game was a 7:30 EST ( Columbus time) kickoff.

ESPN now shows SA time for the game. In was gobsmacked that Ohio State would agree to such a time.

I may be in the minority here, but I liked Gundy for two reasons: (1) the mullet, and (2) sticking up for his player in that press conference rant.

Gundy had by far the best run Okie State had ever had until the last 2 years. They are basically a UCLA level mess right now though, good luck to whoever takes the ship over

A few injuries on Washington's D (LB / DB) will likely impact the game as well. You don't want a DB with a bad wheel trying to cover Smith or Tate. And they are very young at DB depth. I know we have the advantage on both LOS. For the buckeyes to lose they’d have to turn the ball over, play unsound, and make back breaking mistakes.

As long as we don’t play unsound football and take care of the ball we should win this game. That’s where the guys need to play within themselves and not let the environment force them to make mistakes.

I think we can do both play zone and bring pressure (zone blitzing/sim pressure). We do need to do more on offense compared to vs Texas otherwise we aren’t winning. This isn’t a 14-7 kind of team we’re playing it’s more a 38-21 or 38-17 kind of team.

WELCOME TO THEIR CRIB. To end the Skull Session, here’s a video in which former Ohio State golfer Neal Shipley took representatives from the Korn Ferry Tour through the Buckeyes’ golf facility before the Nationwide Children’s Hospital Championship. I thought it was pretty cool!


While Shipley failed to make the cut after two rounds on Ohio State’s Scarlet Course, the Pittsburgh native earned his PGA Tour card for 2026 after winning two tournaments and recording seven top-10 finishes on the Korn Ferry Tour this season.

Last week, Shipley told reporters, including Eleven Warriors’ Dan Hope, he always believed he had the ability to play on the PGA Tour, but he thought it would take longer to get there than it has.

“I definitely felt like it was a possibility. I felt like I was miles and miles away from it, and I certainly didn’t envision myself two years out of college hitting the PGA Tour right away,” Shipley said. “This has been at a much more rapid pace than I anticipated, but a certainly welcomed pace.”

Shipley also said that he’s proud to have the opportunity to represent the Buckeyes at the highest level.

“I’m definitely trying to set the standard really high for us,” Shipley said. “I think this should be one of the best golf programs in the country.”

Don't kid yourself we have an advantage at every position except mobility at QB. I got this 49-17. Sayin just has to clean up a little from the Ohio game and this team is one of the most dominate college football has seen in awhile.
