The “hate” in this guys thread is incredible to me.

Whatever you consider the slide of Shedeur, it was an NFL level QB. Throw in the #4 pick in draft who played WR and CB, and the recognition this was a bowl team, at best, and I’m not sure what the knock is?

They played Georgia Tech close, lost to an undefeated Houston team, played BYU really tight and snatched defeat from the jaws of victory (also undefeated)…..

Their schedule has been one of the toughest to start the year…and no one expected them to be a playoff contender or anything.

Just strange how much people love watching this guy take L’s….

Keep an eye on FSU’s season and potential to try and remedy the wrong they made when they bypassed Deion for Norvell. Deion at FSU would be interesting…..he could really dominate FL recruiting in a new way (understanding the landscape has changed). That includes transfer portal and HS.

He made a nice TD catch earlier in the game which was called OPI. Wasn’t a ridiculous call, but it usually wouldn’t be called.

Glad he made some plays tonight. Wish things had clicked for him by now. Sucks to see a solid guy with so much talent struggle to anticipate and get the ball out quickly.

He’s a top 5 WR playing in a high school offense. It’s not just Fields. They don’t have a good passing scheme or other WRs to take coverage away from him.

22 total penalties called so far in the game, 15 of which have been accepted.

Punt returner bobbled that fucker 3 or 4 times and ran into our guy before we snatched the ball away. How the fuck is that interfering with a fair catch? Could he have bobbled up the field for a 10 yard gain? What's the rules?

Just made an absurd catch for a TD.
