2026 TX RB Legend Bey has signed!!!

Per 11w poster:
Rivals insider Sam Spiegelman said he was told by a source that Legend Bey’s signature was forged on his financial aid agreement by his mom. She went to Knoxville alone to pick up his paperwork in person from Tennessee which is weird because the paperwork isn’t required to be picked up in person.

This matches with what some Tennessee fans posted on their ON3 site Wednesday saying she was at a Tennessee lounge in Knoxville last weekend and made it known she wasn’t signing anything for Ohio State. Another Tennessee fan said she was there alone as Legend refused to get on the flight with her.

Their insider called these things, “exaggerations” at the time but it turns out they weren’t.
Spiegelman said he expects Bey’s best route forward will be to enter the portal because there’s no way to prove she forged the signature. Probably too much hassle as well.
So the earliest Bey could become a Buckeye is in January via the transfer portal

2025 scUM Shenanigans, Arguments, Arrogant Twatwaffles, Emasculated Cucks, Feckless Marmots, Dirty Cheaters "Mid"chigan

Don't they have a couple super seniors that are gone on the o-line too?
Yes, but they return most of the offense. Of course, whether they improve on offense will depend on whether the ‘freshman like we’ve never seen’ becomes competent.

A lot of talk about how young their team is this year - most of that youth is on offense.
They lose almost all of their front 7 on D. They may take a step back on that side of the ball.

Investing in Family and Future
For plenty of players, NIL money means they can finally help out their families or set themselves up for what’s next. Baylor wide receiver Josh Cameron talked about easing the financial load on his parents. Texas Tech defensive lineman Lee Hunter even bought his mom a house.

Long-Term Financial Planning
Some athletes are thinking ahead. Stanford cornerback Collin Wright put his money into index funds and ETFs. Wake Forest defensive back Nick Andersen leaned on his dad for some financial advice.

Others are just saving up for something big:

Down Payment on a House: Syracuse punter Jack Stonehouse is putting his earnings aside for a future home.
Rolex Watch: Virginia offensive lineman Noah Josey is eyeing a luxury watch—kind of a classic move to mark success, right?
Giving Back to the Community
Some athletes are using their NIL windfall to do good. Iowa State quarterback Rocco Becht donated Xboxes to a pediatric hospital. Georgia linebacker CJ Allen and Arizona safety Xavion Alford ran youth camps for kids.

Georgia Tech offensive lineman Keylan Rutledge spent some of his NIL money on his wedding, picking out rings and bands. It’s a reminder that this new era is about more than just flashy purchases—it’s about meaningful moments, too.

2026 CA WR Chris Henry Jr. has signed!!!

I think there is still a certain amount of jankyness to some of these "offers". We've read about schools already having issues with the NIL delivering on promises.

I think when we hear "some places offered twice as much" that part (not all ) of the decision is how solid is that offer. The fireworks dealer from TJ offers me twice as much as IBM to come run his business, I'm probably still taking the IBM offer if you know what I mean.

He didn't take the money?

More support to the idea that Ohio State and scUM have "types" Ohio State players get paid (handsomely) and develop. scUM players take the big payday and mess around for a few years thinking they're gods gift to whatever position they're playin.
