Game Thread #1 tOSU at Washington, Sat. Sept. 27th, 3:30 ET, CBS

I know transitive properties don’t always work but it dawned on me.

North Texas who’s not doing too bad btw did better defending Washington State than Washington did. Washington gave up 21 to Colorado State (who was held to 16 by UTSA btw) and then 24 to Wazzu (who was held to 10 by North Texas).

I’m sorry but if you put their defense into prospective then I don’t see how they keep this buckeyes offense under 35. Does Washington have a better offense than Ohio? Geez I don’t think know.

Also Colorado State held them to 38. I think we can at least cut that in half. Rounding up I’d imagine 21-24 points is about right maybe 28 if they score TDs instead of getting a FG.

It’ll all depend on redone offense and if they can get into the end zone on chunk plays.

That does not affect EFFORT.

Was it on here that someone mentioned they run routes differently because Murray improvises so much? Like at half speed midway through the route?

Otherwise I don’t understand the hate for Murray. 4.9 yards per pass attempt is pretty explosive. Pretty sure one of these games, his RB will get less than a yard a catch. 5 for 3 or something fun.

I stopped watching at half. Marv had 6 for 66 on 10 targets. In the first half I think he was 1 fo 8 on 4 or 5 targets. So a much better second half.

JSN was 4 for 79 on 5 targets plus 3 carries for 11 yards.

Both not too bad for either.
