Who will be tOSU's head coach on July 1, 2012? (betting closed)

I just hope Ohio State doesn't pull a "Derek Dooley" at Tennessee.

Even though Lane Kiffin kind of put the university in a bind, that program is nowhere near what it used to be.

But if Gene Smith is in any way involved, I might get scared (because it seems like everything he does is wrong in recent years).

I'm assuming that he'll have rotating head coaches, with the honorary coach decided by the size of your donation to the Athletic Department.

God's honest truth, my wife suggested they do that with offensive coordinator this season (biggest donation and you get to call all the plays).

You could online bid for QB Coach too.

If Urban doesn't work out, we need to contact Oklahoma State's coach. He always seems to have a beastly combination of QB, WR, and RB. Their offense is always good, and he has elevated that program to relevancy.

Mike Gundy is an Oklahoma State alumnus. He isn't going anywhere. Only a very special kind of scUMbag turns their back on their alma mater like that.

If no Urban, Chip Kelly? I know he doesn't have any ties to OSU, but I certainly wouldn't mind watching his offense every Saturday. That is the thing I want most, an offensive minded genius that will higher a beastly d-coordinator, if Heacock isn't kept.

Nike/Phil Knight would never let that happen.

Just throwing it out there, but given how amazing their QB/offensive progression has been this year, I'd love to see former Texas Tech QB (and current QB/Offensive Coordinator) Kliff Kingsbury come in as a QB/offensive coordinator.

Ohio State really needs to go out there, see who the top-10 offensive coordinators/upcoming coordinators are, and get one... Assuming a new HC wouldn't have someone in mind already.
