Do me a favor and look at the scores of Toledo's last 2 games.

I like the depth of Beckmans mentors but he is plan M at best, just ahead of Luke.

He's also an alumnus, former starting QB, of Oklahoma State. That, coupled with Boone Pickens' deep pockets suggests it is extremely unlikely Gundy would leave to take our job.

Yeah, I'm not sure what's going on there. The guy's history is as a defensive coach, but their scores look like something out of a video game.

Otherwise, he's doing a pretty good job there in terms of being competitive in conference. OOC, he's only got two career wins over BCS teams -- Colorado and Purdue.

Good coach who got things turned around in his second season there. He'd be a smart hire for a mid-level or struggling BCS program, or higher level mid-major.

Media outlets are quoting Bodog.com's odds for the Penn State coaching search (this week and last).

Looking back, I found it funny to look at Bodog.com's odds on the future Ohio State coach, right after Jim Tressel resigned in May.

Opening OSU Coaching Line (Favorite - May):
Urban Meyer - 3/2

Opening PSU Coaching Line (Favorite):
Urban Meyer - 2/1

So OSU was lower. Guess it's good to be Urban Meyer.

Any interest in former Dawgs defensive back and Alabama DC Kirby Smart?
Many years working under Saban and a pretty good coach.

He was rumored to be UGA's top choice if they released CMR. Would probably want OSU to play 3-4 defense though...
