The Big Ten Needs to Get Their Act Together

It has nothing to do with scheduling imo. Well, maybe for the tOSU's and such. It's coaching and facilities.

Imo, what the B1G heavyweight programs need to do is make a conference wide rule that says "if we're going to subsidize the rest of your athletic depts with our money, you're not going to sit on your piles of cash anymore. After the new tv deal, you're going to invest a certain percentage back into your coach salaries, stadiums, and facilities. After all, tOSU allows NW to make more money than Florida State. Time to earn your fucking keep."

Agreed with that, although a certain power program in the conference is being run by a man who fucked up pizza, so...

But yes, the rest of the schools need to get a freaking clue and invest in their facilities and coaching staffs at the level they should be. Yeah, there are "ceilings" for programs, but they're not as low as the teams are currently achieving.

Just wow. I have no words for this conference right now.

Funny, though, how SECEspin starts talking s**t when the B1G is down. All I've heard all day is, "not a good day for the B1G".
I don't really see how anyone could complain about any network pounding on the B1G. They should pound it, and the only one who shout pound us louder is ourselves. The conference is poor and you don't begin to recover until you fully acknowledge the problem.
