WVU's staff is still extemely upset and has backed off and moved on to their other options. Here's one of the lines from a helpful WVU insider
"He's a heck of a player and would welcome him with open arms but he's burned his bridges with us."
But with that said, no matter how upset they are they would still do a 180 and take him if they could....the whole thing is Latwan was openly wanting an OSU offer, didn't look like he'd get it, he was upset and wanted to save face and not look "desperate"

Many of these kids don't like for people to just assume because they go to Glenville and have an OSU offer, that they'll go to OSU. Just like anyone, they wanted to be looked at and treated as an individual and sometimes in their mind a way to do that is to say another school leads.

Glenville senior cornerback Latwan Anderson is one of two Ohioans on the 30-player U.S. Army Player of the Year Watch List, which was released Friday. Also on the list is West Chester Lakota senior linebacker Jordan Hicks.
The award is presented to the nation's most outstanding senior high school football player. Six finalists will be announced in early December, with the winner being crowned during the U.S. Army awards dinner on Jan. 8. The 10th U.S. Army All-American Bowl will be played Jan. 8 in San Antonio.
