LaTwan is an absolutely incredible athlete who could play CB or S or even WR at a high level, and USC would have already offered him if it we weren't already set at DB and it there weren't some underlying issues and questions in his recruitment.
Hicks, that's a definite maybe as I believe he is also a Top 25 national recruit like LaTwan. Norwell? Nope, not even close.
Again, you are way off base here. Justin Turner was without a doubt the top senior college football prospect in Ohio last year. Rivals is not the only national recruiting service that named him as such, just about every national recruiting service did.
Turner was simply prolific throughout his high school career, and his versatility was amazing. His size and his raw skill are amazing for a CB prospect. You know, 6-foot-3 athletes that can play CB in college do not grow on trees. Turner is an extreme rarity at CB.
Hall was approaching Turner's level as a prospect but still not quite there, and Wood wasn't even in the same leauge.
And....they were right. Now that Jermaine Greshman of Oklahoma is out for the season with an injury, Kyle Rudolph is the best TE in the Nation. Rudolph will go pro after next season and be a 1st round draft choice.
They do know about LaTwan's issues, all about them, but his are miniscule in comparison to Turner's issues. Turner will be lucky as hell if he ever sees a college football field.
LaTwan still has a shot in '11 if he doesn't make it this year, and with Teddy Sr., guiding him now I have a lot of confidence in his situation. Teddy is a great guy, and he'll really go to bat for LaTwan like he does all of his kids.
And....they might have been right on that as well as Zebrie Sanders started 12 of 13 games for FSU last year at RT as a true freshman and will be an anchor for a very good FSU line again this year, and he looked great on Monday night against Miami.

Also, now that he has his offer does the BPRT feel confident in OSU's chances?
Congrats on the offer LaTwan!

On the next possession, senior defensive back Latwan Anderson picked off Braxton Miller on Glenville's 10-yard line and returned it 32 yards.
