Is that an official statistic? I'd like to know where that figure was obtained.

"I believe getting 100,000+ signatures will help me get me reinstated but it will also help the NCAA realize throwning young adults into super star spotlight with out much preparation. Can and will be very damaging to them which causes lots of different issues sooner or later."

Not sure what people signing this is really supposed to accomplish. "Hey. People signed this. See? I should be reinstated."
