Cleveland Cavs (2016 NBA Champions)

I'm pretty sure a year ago I was scolding a bunch of you for being so negative in this thread and well, obviously I wasn't remembering we had to heal too and get out the bile.

This is much better.

LeBron James, NBA champion Cavs greeted by thousands in Cleveland
LeBron James, born and raised in nearby Akron, stepped off a plane Monday in Cleveland and hoisted the shiny Larry O'Brien Trophy as more than 10,000 fans celebrated the city's first title since 1964.

He then paraded the trophy around the perimeter of a fence that separated the team charter from the fans, who chased after him in droves to get a closer look.

Traffic was so bad on nearby roadways that many fans just got out of their cars and walked a mile to the location.

Look, I've actively tried to like other teams, because well, there's nothing rational about being a Cleveland sports fan.

It didn't work. When the Browns left, I tried to become a Titans fan (Eddie), and there wasn't even anyone to betray. Wouldn't take.

So, I can only say that it is a disease, probably mostly hereditary and has a lot of terrible symptoms.

But today, I feel much better. Not cured, but finally, real therapy for this terrible plague that's spread among us.

Might say you're in remission.
