I'm not fond of the way Andy carried himself in the Finals. But, he's one of those guys you love if he's on your team and HATE if he's not...like Delly. Varajao was a big part of this organization for a decade. He was one of my favorites for years. He should get a ring.
Hope Joe Tait got to enjoy this one. One of the best play-by-play guys I have ever heard.
I thought I was one of the very few guys who cried after the Cleveland Cavaliers won the NBA championship|
As many of you know, I am one of the older guys on this board and was born and raised in Cleveland. It is sort of strange because I have a grandson who just graduated from college and was born and raised in Columbus. Last night after the game, he text my wife and said "Go Cavs". This morning I sent him a brief email telling him how happy I was for all the Cleveland fans who have gone through all the misery of being a Cleveland sports fan. I do not think he understands or will ever understand how much it means for your hometown team to win a world's championship after so much misery.
Well, I got to watch more videos on Cleveland.com so I can start crying all over again
I like the way it is called "afflicted with Cleveland". Having "Cleveland" is akin to having an illness. Fortunately it is not an uncurable disease, as the Cavs proved last night.I hope he did too. I can't listen to the Cavs on the radio anymore, it just doesn't seem right without him.
But that aside, how are you feeling today @LitlBuck? Good day? I'm not messing with you, you just so earnestly root for all these teams, and you've been afflicted with Cleveland (Like the rest of us). I'll be honest, about 75% of my interest here is hoping for all you bastards that the Cavs win a title and for the city....
(If the Tribe won the world series, I'd be selfish and hospitalized.)

Love seeing Jay Crawford on ESPN all morning. He's so giddy right now, the videos of him celebrating last night are awesome
