it's a thin market for qb's this year. i shudder at the notion of possibly drafting one at #7.
Good post I agree with everything here. QB is not a position this offseason especially with our team where we should trade draft picks to get one. That would be something to think about when we have most of our other pieces in place, excluding QB. We are nowhere close to that right now, except for maybe the front office.

posters said that Holmgren fills the offensive side of the ball with free-agent or at least guys who have been around the NFL for a while. I really don't think that we need all of our 11 picks and if someone out there as a veteran QB that Holmgren likes I can't see him maybe giving up our second pick in the third-round and a later pick to bring in a veteran. I can also see the possibility of him seeing a QB out there in the later rounds who he might want to bring in and start tutoring. I agree that there are quite a few other parts they need to be addressed in the draft but without a QB it really hurts the entire team so I think that position really needs to be addressed if Holmgren does not think that Quinn is the answer.
