Cleveland Browns (2008 Season)

Dispatch

Quinn to see specialist about his finger

Browns quarterback Brady Quinn will visit orthopedic specialist Dr. James Andrews today in Birmingham, Ala., for a second opinion on his fractured right index finger, a source confirmed last night.
Before news of the visit to Andrews broke last night on ESPN, Crennel reiterated in his afternoon press conference Quinn would start Sunday against the Colts. Now, it appears that's up in the air pending the exam.
Crennel also confirmed yesterday that Quinn has a damaged tendon in the finger in addition to the fracture at the top of it.

THey both better be gone after this year. Romeo shows no emotion, and I can't stand him as the head coach. Not good news about Brady seeing a specialist for his finger.
Quinn will be fine. All professional athletes have to go see Dr. Andrews at least once a year whether there is something wrong with them or not:wink2:

As a Browns fan I am rooting for them to lose out. Seriously. The worst thing that can happen is for this team to screw around and go 9-7 or 8-8 and have Romeo continue on as head coach.

As far as Braylon Edwards, well they knew what they were getting. He dropped passes his entire career at Michigan (I remember vividly that 4th and 4 pass into the flat that he dropped). Circus catch one minute and then flub one that gets dropped right into his mitts the next minute.
A head coach makes a difference. Look at Atlanta this season. Get Romeo out and the Chin in.

Sounds good!! Brady needs a good back-up !! :biggrin::biggrin::biggrin::biggrin::biggrin::biggrin::biggrin:

and with Troy's competitive spirit and Brady's injury... I dont think thats something you want there killer.

Lose Romeo. Keep Savage, he has a decent eye for finding talent (especially in later rounds of the draft)

I like him myself, but the giant teddybear we call a "coach" needs to be replaced - asap.
