Couldn't agree more. I am pulling for the SEC in every game.

I was hoping you'd play the Okies so I could root for you, but....

Would y'all call Tress and get him to send his Meatchicken game tape breakdowns to us, and we'll return the favor by sending Corn Dog film???
What do you need them for? Here, I'll give you a hint: The quarterback does not necessarily have to throw the ball or hand it off. He is also permitted to carry the ball himself beyond the line of scrimmage, even on purpose. Oh, you guys knew that? And you have a quarterback who's scored 22 TD's that way?

Shit.

There isn't a Michigan fan anywhere who thinks this game is a good thing for Michigan, or that we have any kind of fighting chance without Tim Tebow breaking both legs or defecting to Mongolia. Plech. Lloyd Carr has got to have committed some grievous and awful sin against the football gods for them to send him off this way.

Well, tsun has one helluva task no doubt, I saw that and my jaw dropped. A running quarterback, a coach who can put together a game plan that no one has ever seen on film, and the biggest down year I have ever seen Michigan have. Good luck guys.

Knee Jerk Reaction, who will win each of the big 10s bowl games?

Prediction time, who do you think wins each of these games?

LSU
vs. Ohio State
Illinois vs. USC
Michigan vs. Florida
Wisconsin vs. Tennessee
Penn State vs. Texas A&M
Boston College vs. Michigan State
Purdue vs. Central Michigan
Indiana vs. Ok. St

give reasons if you would like, or just your gut reactions.

-Personally I think OSU wins against LSU, probably just due to my extreme bias. Although I also think OSU's run game can produce against anyone and the DB's should be able to hang with LSU's wideouts so OSU has a great chance.

-Illinois gives USC a better than expected game, but loses in the end. I just think USC can handle the pressure better, having been there. Although Oregon's similar offense did give USC fits...

-Florida runs all over scUM. I actually want scUM to win, but they really have little chance to stop Tebow. I think scUM can hang several scores on the UF defense, but Florida will hang several more.

-Wisconsin in a close one with Tennessee. I think Wisky wins on a late TD pass to Beckum, but not sure why.

-Penn State over A&M by a decent margin. Penn State isn't great but I haven't been impressed by A&M all year. Plus A&M has no leadership now that they are sans coach.

-BC over MSU big time. This is a horrible draw for MSU. I really think their only shot is if BC comes out flat after the disappointing end to their season.

-Purdue over the Chippewas in a not too tight game.

-Indiana wins on pure Coach Hep-tastic motivation.

Just interested to see everyone else's take.

don't forget Indiana vs. Ok. St.

Anyhow I like OSU, PSU, Purdue and Indiana to win. 4-4 overall. I think UM and Illinois better play great or they risk getting blown out, Illinois especially.

The only one I can't see winning is scUM..... If a Spread offense from App. gives you trouble then you have other troubles brewing.

MSU has a pretty decent chance if they play fired up.

Illinois could hang in there and could give USC a run for their money.

and the others should be close or moderate wins...

Are there lines yet? :p

I think the Big Ten will go something like 4-4 or 5-3 this year.

I can say without bias that Ohio State will play much better this year than last year in the MNC game.

I think Michigan is either screwed or they'll win big. It really comes down to the healthy of Hart and Henne. With those two healthy, they'll win that game by 20 points or more simply because Florida's defense isn't the best in the world and while Florida has a running QB, they don't have any type of running game to speak of outside of Tebow, something most of the other "spread" teams have had.

Illinois has a tough task ahead of them, but they can win the game if you limit the mistakes and play like they did against Ohio State. If they are able to run the ball and not turn it over, they can win that game.

Wisconsin and their physical running game will run the ball down the throats of Tennecheat. Tennessee also has issues getting the ball thrown downfield and their QB seems to forget what color their uniforms are.

Penn State can beat A&M becuase A&M's offense is so severely limited passing they don't have to play more than 3 DBs at times.

I seriously doubt Michigan State has the horses to beat Boston College. Sure they could get a great game from Javon Ringer and sure they might find a way to keep from turning over the ball, but BC's offense is good enough to simply outscore them.

IF Purdon't doesn't beat Central Michigan by 30, I think Tiller might get fired.

Indiana has the offense to score on Ok. State, but it doesn't have the right type of defense to stop them very often.

Predicted wins: Ohio State, Purdon't, Wisconsin Penn State

Predicted losses: Illinois, Michigan State, Indiana

I don't know yet: Michigan

IU

6-2 and bragging rights restored.

I don't like these games.. I don't see many Big 10 teams winning. I can only hope that I am wrong, but I really care about the one that I'm not even predicting.

LSU
vs. Ohio State - I'm not going to pick a winner for this one. Ironically, I just got done saying that I don't buy into superstition much, but I'm not taking any chances. I will say that I haven't been impressed with LSU's defense, LSU has an offense that can be contained, and LSU has had trouble against teams that are worse than OSU. However, LSU has a great group of running backs and receivers that can spread the field.

Illinois vs. USC - I don't like Illinois in this game. I can see it being close if Illinois runs the ball like they did against OSU. USC is one of the best teams at rushing the QB. If they can get to Juice, Illinois will be done. I see USC 31-17.

Michigan vs. Florida - Michigan's defense is going to have trouble, but I think their offense will generate some points. Florida 34-24. But, GO BLUE!

Wisconsin
vs. Tennessee - If Ainge shows up, Tennessee wins. If Ainge turns the ball over, Wisconsin makes it a game. Unfortunately, I don't like Wisconsin's defense against a team with a balanced offense. Ainge is the question mark, but I think he does enough to put Tennessee on top 24-21.

Penn State vs. Texas A&M - A&M can't pass the ball well. Put Dan Connor on A&M's QB and A&M will struggle. Hopefully PSU's offense doesn't suck like it has so far this season. I'm going to say that PSU scores a couple TDs and wins a terribly boring game 20-14.

Boston College vs. Michigan State - BC dominates this game. 38-13. I guess MSU has a chance if they get their running game going. But I don't like their chances at all. What a disappointing final game for BC.

Purdue vs. Central Michigan - Yay, a game in which I really like the Big 10 team! That being said, I know absolutely nothing about C. Michigan. The stats show that their QB is a dual-threat QB, which sucks for Purdue. C. Michigan also gains a ton of yardage per game. But they also give up a lot of yardage. The main reason that I like Purdue in this game is because Purdue beat Central Michigan 45-22 earlier this season. Purdue wins 35-28 in this one. I don't see many field goals!

Oklahoma State vs. Indiana
- No idea, really. I have not seen an Indiana game and I have not seen an Oklahoma State game. I'll go with the Big 10 team because they ended on a good note. 27-20.

LSU vs. Ohio State -- LSU -- given a month to heal and prepare perrilloux for the starting role, and with the game in New Orleans, I think the Tigers may be too much for the Buckeyes this year. I think it'll be another hard fought, close game, and LSU's depth/senior leadership pulls it out again.

Illinois vs. USC -- USC -- I'm not sure anyone in the country wants to play USC right now, they look pretty good as of late. I do think Illinois will play well, but in the end USC will walk away with another Rose Bowl trophy.

Michigan vs. Florida -- Florida -- Could be a lot closer than people think. Michigan has played extremely well since their 1st two games of the season, and Florida's defense is questionable, at best. But they have Tebow, and that's just not something you can practice against. He's unbelieveable.

Wisconsin vs. Tennessee -- Wisconsin -- Tennessee has played well at times, and horrible at others (see Alabama game). Wisconsin always seems to play sound, tough football. I'll give the Badgers the edge in this one.

Penn State vs. Texas A&M -- Penn State -- Joe Pa has the boys ready to play, and the Nittany Lions win by 10 or more.

Boston College vs. Michigan State -- Boston College -- Haven't watched a whole lot Michigan St. this year, so who knows, just my guess.

Purdue vs. Central Michigan -- Purdue -- ??? lol, have no clue, but I have a hard time picking Central Michigan to beat anyone.

Indiana vs. Ok. St -- Oklahoma St -- I'm a man, I'm 40!!!!!! enough said.

OSU, USC, UF, Wisc, PSU, MSU, CMU, IU.

IU-OkSU will be a blast. Purdue could lose to a feisty CMU squad. Really wish ILL got a chance to prove themselves against anyone else. UF will be beyond ugly.
