Here is how the Pac-12 looks comparing DSA to the CFP ranking:
The only teams in the table with Defense higher ranked than their Offense (differentially) are Washington State and Oregon State. Washington State is the only team that is ranked LOWER by the CFP than according to DSC. While there are plenty of other examples of the CFP Committee's offense-bias, there is no other conference that shows it as plainly.

I think they flat out ignore bad defense for certain teams, mostly when it comes to the SEC, and Tennessee for this season.
Lots of talk about how bad TCUs defense is, but crickets for Tennessee, who statistically is worse than TCU in total D
Completely agree about Tennessee
They are clearly also ignoring bad defense in the Pac-12
And as for TCU, perhaps you've been watching ESPN... I wouldn't know, but I hadn't heard how bad their defense is anywhere but in my spreadsheets.
But they have ONE good game and I heard a ton over the weekend about their GREAT performance against Texas.
Looked more like Texas wilted under the pressure to me. One performance does not mean a team has a great defense. But several media outlets do have to show how much they respect the scrappy little school that's trying to break into the CFP.
The CFP is going to be:
1 UGA
2 tOSU
3 Tennecheat
4 TCU
This gives them a chance to have another all SEC championship if they can get it. It also gives UGA the easiest match in the first round and the high scoring game between the Bucks and Vols, possibly.
There are games that can change all of that obviously but I see UGA and OSU on the ultimate collision course.

Clemson certainly has the easiest schedule ahead …. the U, USCe, and UNC. I’m sure they will be favored in all.Actually I'd rather see ↓ just so we could "sock it to Dabo":
1 UGA
2 tOSU
3 CLEMSON
4 TCU
Hey. Clemson could be 12-1 and a Power 5 Conference Champion vs Tennessee at 11-1 and not even making it to the SEC CCG.
