Note to self don't ask questions to board members on why bama can continue on their war path...

This was of genuine interest of mine so why you guys can't answer is confusing

Only thing I can come up with is most are too insecure regarding our bucks to form an answer. Other then "they just are so drop it"... I'm not trolling just legit wondering why you guys think this may be

I get what you're trying to say, but.... on the other hand, this is Ohio State. Expectations are high here for a reason. We hired Urban Meyer for a reason. When we're not at the top, it is only natural to ask ourselves who is, and how we can get there.

A lot of it has to do with the optics of the situation. Most were very happy with Tressel and Bollman et al's performance until we were depantsed in Glendale and trounced in New Orleans - overall W-L be damned.

Similarly, we've been a national punch line since 31-0, and our offense showed 0 improvement in a thoroughly embarrassing loss to Oklahoma. Of course the fan base will be unhappy right now.

That's easy to say when it's not our team.. do we know that? We were in a extreme numbers crunch the past few years but somehow signed what we wanted.

And our results are outstanding overall. I could get this icessant whining if we weren't two years removed from a goddamned NC. We went through a similar rough patch as now in 2013 and pulled out of it. I think the struggles we are having now will iron themselves out. I think that highly of Urban Meyer.

Again, what bammer is doing is an anomaly. People need to realize that. The need for some people to be THAT is ridiculous. Nobody else is that. Nobody else has been that. I think it's a long shot anybody will ever be that again. We are possibly the most spoiled/miserable fan base in sports. I remember Tressel saying something to that effect once, and he was spot on.

Yes he has... Saban has literally killed the will of so many coaches they switched conferences.

I have a scum fan friend who thanked me the other day for UFM btw... said UFM personally forced all big ten teams to spend money and to get good coaches or else be embarrassed.. and I agree with him

We had the advantage at first with UFM but boy the big ten has answered with some fine coaches and programs now... I suppose it was either spend money or give way to a Ohio state 10 year run... now it's our turn to answer
