Continuity is a huge part of it, I agree. They lose OCs fairly frequently, but that defense stays strong year in and year out because they recruit like nobody else and have the same guys coaching them.

Their d coordinator is at Georgia too.. so their In the same boat when it comes to staffing

We recruit just as well as bama so why do they dominate on defense every year and we struggle? Serious question here...
