Then you need to quit. I was there in, I believe, '97, when tOSU fans rushed the field and tried to tear down the goalposts after clinching the Rose Bowl.. Of course, that game was in Bloomington.If Ohio State fans rush the field against Indiana, EVER, I quit.

I've wanted to see a game in Bloomington or West Lafayette for a while now. Just never set up the trip to do it.

Both are good places to see a game with a bunch of fellow Buckeyes. We have a mentally challenged daughter we take to see games at both those sites. Normally a lot less intense than the Shoe, but still a lot of fun.

I went back on ESPiN and looked at the photos they associated with The Game that year. It doesn't appear that anyone rushed the field at least from the south stands.
At the plain dealers site, they have this photo:
So there was at least a small rush onto the field....

I have a friend who used to work in communications for IU. He used to talk about making sure they took all their shots of the stadium when tOSU was there. They could convince people the sea of scarlet was really crimson.Was the blimp still there to get their stadium shots for promotional materials ?
