Oh, so now I'm arrogant because the guy asked a stupid question, I replied with NO, and he read YES. Makes a ton of sense.

it is almost like he was mocking you or something, but mocking on the internet between two fans of bitter rivals? I have never heard of such a thing, it is so difficult to comprehend

If you are looking for the "why" I can only theorize but I think its whatever genetic defect you have that also made you a scUM fan that makes you arrogant.

Not meant as a flame...but for this early in the recruiting season...Mich has too many sleepers committed - a sleeper to me is a kid that doesn't have a good list of offers. I know the argument....trust the coaches but you have to realize every other coach out there is looking at the kids also and they didn't offer....

coachBt
And if you wait and kid has outstanding senior year, you can lose out because you hesitated. And some kids fit into RRs or other teams schemes and not others.

SoJ
Exactly coach....and for the record...I've found in my time on these boards that ANY post that starts with "this isn't a flame", or "not meant as a flame"....is EXACTLY that...

this exchange was in the Jordan Paskorz thread

it's funny to me that they are pretty much admitting Paskorz isn't going to contribute for several years, and at the same time they chastise a person for treating a 3 star project recruit with offers from Minnesota, Bowling Green, Virginia and Pitt as anything less than a huge get for Michigan

if you don't expect him to contribute immediately, and your defense blows donkey balls now, isn't it perfectly legitimate to have concerns about recruiting so many projects and not enough immediate contributors?

that was a rhetorical question, fuck Michigan

Perfect logic if you are some middle of the road Big East school and you know you can't compete head to head with the big boys should they come calling on a kid.

That would of course lead you to wonder why the big boys don't operate this way and if that may have something to do with them being where you want to be but I digress.

I'm sure its all part of RR's West Virginia educated plan to rule the world.

I've gone over it in my head a thousand times and I can't see a way that UM comes within 4 touchdowns of Ohio State this year or next.

Keep in mind that Pryor missed a wide-open Hartline for long TD in the 1st qtr and a wide-open Robiskie for a long TD in the 3rd qtr...we could've easily had 56 points. I'd like to think that Posey, Sanzo, and Small will be able to get open as often as did Hartling and Robiskie did, and with Pryor's marked improvement in throwing so far, by the time The Game rolls around we should be ready to put up a ton on them.

1. Who is "Hartling"?
2. By "a ton", you mean 2000, correct? If so, I agree.
