B1G CCG: #1 tOSU vs #2 Indiana in Indy, Sat. Dec 6th, 8 ET on FOX

I think he’d say run the damn ball on 3rd and 1 in 4th down situations. Didn’t twice, cost them twice.
That too

Which, by the way, is why I'm very certain Day isn't calling the plays. He absolutely runs the ball on both of those plays. It's been his MO.

Instead we got 2 very low-efficiency type plays that didn't gain a thing.

That cannot happen in the playoffs.

Yup - What would Woody say? Once he calmed down of course.

He'd say we gotta play better and we gotta execute our gameplan better. And he'd tell his offensive coaches they need to do a better job of adjusting to what the defense is doing faster.

QB1 Julian Sayin (All B1G, B1G Frosh of Year, All American, National Frosh of Year, National Champion)

Halfway through CJ Stroud‘s first season I started to think about Drew Brees a little bit in terms of ball placement comparisons. I’ve never looked at any of the players you listed and thought of Drew Brees in any way. By game three this year I was seeing the consistency in how quickly Julian was seeing, processing, reacting, releasing and placing the ball. That’s why Drew Breeze. And since Matt Patricia agrees, I feel fine about it. :pimp:

Love me some Patricia.

But like I said, the Brees comparisons are lazy.

My comparison is Jared Goff. Not as tall as Goff, but for the pocket sense and accuracy. Not the lack of melanin.

Goff also means that he's a top 15 QB who holds his team back from reaching or winning a Superbowl. He's top 15 with the proper environment around him.
