Illinois outscored OSU at the foul line by 14 points, won by 8 points. The most efficient place to score is the foul line. Analytics should tell you that you want the advantage of scoring more foul shots than your opponent, and yet here we are year after year, watching OSU foul their opponents and lose at the foul line in close games. I'm not saying that's the only reason they lost, but clearly to me one of the biggest things that needs to change in this program is they need more players who can play defense without fouling, and on the flipside are able to draw contact and convert at the stripe.

Have you seen ND's schedule for 2026? I'm not saying they're trying to rig their way to not losing any games, but their only true road games are @ Purdue, Syracuse and North Carolina. They have only 4 opponents that had a .500 record this season or better (Navy, Miami, SMU & USC), and none are true road games. Wisconsin, who had one of the worst records in the B1G this season, will be one of ND's toughest opponents away from home.

Nobody can convince me that we don’t have the most shooter friendly rims in the conference. At NW, Minnesota, Rutgers, PennState, to name a few, the rims literally make a clunk when the ball hits the rim.

And that was going against the ACC game, too. The SEC game, the "best game ever in the best league ever" went up against absolutely nothing.

Mobley misses two foul shots. Hard to fathom how a guy can be such a pure shooter and miss two foul shots. Mobley is an enigma.
