PT has told me that swimming is best exercise for the body. Works most of the muscles, and the least punishment on the body. Was a basketball player, coach told me to play tennis (at net) to work on my footwork. And daughter swam, didn't emphasize winning the race, but instead posting a personal best. When got two PBs in a meet, she got to pick dinner destination, like iamburutis above. Went from Happy Meals, to Hometown Buffet, to white table cloth restaurant. Fortunately, it becomes harder to cut time as you get faster. Oh, it's done, but just harder. And that's when they're older, and their choices become more expensive. FWIW, she cut her times, even when she swam in college....

I do think that they held off until after signing day. To the bold: Yes, it does open and starts the day of the next hire. People will say things like, "holding off until after signing day isn't as bad as it used to be... with the portal opening for a coaching change..." I think that's bull shit when it comes to this part of the calendar. If one of those kids who signed eliminated other opportunities to come to tsun and now no longer have a the opportunity (no room at the inn), then they were harmed by the decision to hold off making this public.

Lol they didn't even punish Sherrone until the parents came in scorched earth and put the pressure on them. They literally were going to do nothing until it got to the point where they had to do something. People like Portnoy and a lot of the DFBIA will completely ignore that fact though.

Also I expected the team to be hung over after the ass whooping they put on Michigan in the cold weather.

I still dont know how in good conscience you can let a coach that is only maybe half in coach during a National Championship run. It just doesn't make sense to me.
